The Baltic Sea Region Business Forum
3-4 June 2008

The Baltic Sea Region Business Forum will be held on 3-4 June 2008 in Riga, Reval Hotel Latvija.

 

A number of Prime Ministers of the Baltic Sea region countries, representatives of the European Commission, as well as heads of the Europe’s biggest companies will take part in the Forum.

 

The Baltic Sea Region Business Forum is timed to the Baltic Sea States Summit and will be launched the day before this important event. The Baltic Sea State Summit is held biannually in one of the Baltic Sea region countries.

 

The Business Forum will be devoted to the most topical questions of the three major economy sectors - energy, transport and finance. The aim of the Forum is to discuss the present condition of these sectors and outline the direction for future development of the Baltic Sea region in global context.
