Participation fee:

If paid by 30.09.08. - 750 EUR
If paid by 31.10.08. - 850 EUR

Registration fee includes: access to the entire conference programme, conference documentation, lunch, coffee-breaks, and full access the to presentations electronically after the conference. Registration fee does not include accomodation and travel expenses. On receiving filled in registration form we will send you an invoice and other necessary information to participate in the conference. All payments shall be made by bank transfer or by credit card. All payments must be made before the conference.

According to Latvian legislation, your payment must include VAT 18%

Cancellations must be received by October 30, 2008 and are subject to an administration fee of EUR 200 per delegate. Delegate substitutions can be made at any time.

It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organizers to change content and timing of the programme.
